Porter service definitely needs improvement for efficiency!!! Room service menu access should be user-friendly to avoid confusion!!! Maintenance on room amenities could prevent broken items during the stay!!!

I had a great time during my stay. The breakfast selection was impressive, featuring a pancake and waffle station. My room was clean and comfortable, with bathrobes provided. The location was ideal, close to attractions. The staff were friendly and attentive. 😊

Highly recommend for solo travelers

I had my share of late-night room service, after a long day left me craving something decent. The staff were super friendly, especially a guy named MrMuzammil who always checked up on me to make sure my room was clean and comfy.

It wasn’t cheap but still totally ok for what you get.

The Deluxe King Room was spacious and luxurious with an incredible view from the floor-to-ceiling windows. The bathroom was classy, featuring a large shower and a soaking tub. The bed was ridiculously big—definitely bigger than what I'm used to back home! Everything was clean, but I did find the air conditioning a bit hit or miss. Overall, very comfortable stay.

The housekeeping team was very friendly and helpful.

I loved the nearby Electra Park, which was just a short stroll away and offered a great spot to relax among the greens. The proximity to Qasr Al Hosn was perfect for my urban walking as I enjoyed discovering its historical significance and beautiful architecture. the staff were incredibly welcoming, making me feel right at home during my stay.
